breakfast was a total win, i liked many choices. location lets me walk every where or take trams. staffs are friendly, always smiling and ready for assist. i found free coffee was available all day, it was a great touch.

the room had good size and was very clean. it featured empty minibar i used for my drinks. bottled water was free and on request, no limits for still or sparkling.

the location let me explore the city without problems. it was in heart of the city, near trams and metro. i could reach main attractions easy and quick, with short walks.

the staffs were efficient and prompt, a new record. they sorted one problem with my room quickly. i asked a twin room and got a king bed at first, they changed it the day after.

the breakfast offered eggs, meats, cheeses and pastries. there was also fruit, i liked the selection. hotel had wheelchair access in all areas, a big plus for inclusivity.

I was a bit disappointed. the air conditioning seemed off. The room stayed too warm for my comfort. also, the minibar wasn't stocked very well. I expected more options for snacks and drinks. it was quite sparse and didn't really meet the standards i anticipated.

inadequate soundproofingconstant cold

At first, the room was neat. however, i did notice an issue with the climate control. The room remained consistently cold. additionally, the soundproofing was inadequate. Noise from outside and neighboring rooms disrupted sleep. i hoped for better given the initial impressions.

The rooms was clean. the staff was friendly and very helpful. i received complimentary bottled water and coffee. breakfast offered much variety. I see eggs, meats, cheeses, pastries and fruits.
